HSSCG Pet of the Week: Jake

103Q presents the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia's Pet of the Week!🐶😸

This week's pet is a dog named Jake. Jake is a big (76 pounds) love bug. He was surrendered due to his owner's health. 

Jake is a little shy in a new environment after being in a home for 7 years. He would love to have a home again with a family to love him. 

His personality leads us to believe he would be great with kids, dogs and maybe even cats. Although shy, he is not run-from-you shy. Jake appears to move in slow motion, like sweet molasses. He also just loves to rub his face in clean blankets, which is funny and charming. 

Interested in meeting Jake? Email humanesociety@hsscg.org for an appointment to meet our Jake. He is neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and has tested negative for heartworms. Jake was much loved by his owner, and is hoping for another family who feels the same way about him.
